Well, it was a really amazing stay for one night. The hotel's location was central, very close to the Gautrain station. The meal served at the indoor restaurant was reasonably priced.

The units are well-appointed, extremely pleasant with great comfort. The hotel has a particularly good location to the upscale mall next door.

The staff was extremely friendly and amicable and we would like to stay longer. We stayed in the deluxe queen room with great comfort and truly enjoyed it. The hotel had indeed a particularly good and unbeatable location in a nice neighborhood. An indoor restaurant was an advantage.

It was really clean and wonderful hotel, can just recommend. Spent our time here lovely. The location was marvellous and super, just 5 minutes walk from a large indoor mall. Also was next to a zoo and eateries. The casual restaurant was great with a huge variety of meals in the menu.

The staff was not polite.

The breakfast at 54 On Bath was exquisite, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the attentive wait staff who provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food was cooked to perfection and served with a smile. we highly recommend starting your day with a satisfying breakfast at this hotel.

Asked for romantic tuck-in - nothing was done!! Asked for my car to be washed - not done!!. It was appauling to experience such incompetence at this hotel. My wife and myself have our bithdays on the same day. What a complete let down after a romantic evening to get back to the room with no champaign or romantic tuck-in, after it was arranged and confirmed on my booking.

This hotel is tucked away in a lovely area, adjoining a bustling mall. The location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The staff here are friendly and attentive, providing great service. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with nice little extras that add to the overall experience.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

The staff was not well trained. The businesss lounge was poorly serviced and not up to international standards. There was a need for better management.

The rooms are spacious, they think of the little details. The ambience is welcoming and inviting.

Three things need attention: (1) The restaurant staff are slow and lethargic, this is the third time I have stayed at this hotel and this is the biggest flaw in an otherwise wonderful. (2) The carpeting in the public areas really need to be replaced, even inside the lifts they look a bit run down and this may leave some visitors with the feeling that the hotel is run down, which is far from the truth. (3) The televisions in the standard rooms are from the dinasour years and the number of channels provided are not sufficient for a business traveller, there should be more sports channels and a an investment made into a better satellite coverage on the television.

The location in the Johannesburg area was awesome. Every staff member was charming and courteous. The deluxe queen room that we stayed in was quiet and elegant.
